The Kyiv Court of Appeals has called a recess in Yulia Tymoshenko’s appeal of her conviction in the so-called "gas case" until 10 am on December 22, according to the Official web site of Yulia Tymoshenko.
Today the court denied all the requests by the defense, including to suspend the proceedings until Yulia Tymoshenko recovers.
