Serhiy Vlasenko: Yulia Tymoshenko transferred to penal colony by order of Pechersk court

 State Prison Service...

Lawyer Serhiy Vlasenko says the decision to move Yulia Tymoshenko from the Kyiv detention facility to a penal colony in the Kharkiv oblast was made by the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv, according to the Official web site of Yulia Tymoshenko.

"When asked directly by MPs, the head of the SIZO said that an urgent order was received from the Pechersk District Court during business hours. But it’s unclear how this could have happened because the Kyiv Court of Appeals only finished reading the full text of its verdict yesterday at 6 pm. This was the first lie told by the management of the jail," Serhiy Vlasenko told journalists outside the Lukyanivka SIZO today.

According to him, the State Prison Service flagrantly violated the law by allowing Yulia Tymoshenko to be transferred from the detention center to a penal colony. "The prison service broke the law because the ruling by the Shevchenkivsky District Court on the so-called second arrest clearly stated that Tymoshenko should be held in the Kyiv detention center," he said.

He also refuted reports about a meeting of the committee that "determines who serves their sentence where." "It`s a complete lie that this meeting also took place during business hours. I was here yesterday until 6 pm and was told that nobody plans to move Yulia Tymoshenko anywhere because there is no reason," he added.

"Last night a command was given by a fiend that everyone for some reason calls the president, and this command was quickly carried out because Tymoshenko was already taken away in the morning. This all shows that, unfortunately, the person leading Ukraine is a sadistic twice imprisoned convict. This psychological perversion is sadism - there’s no other way to put it," Serhiy Vlasenko added.
