The guard forces picketers out of the premises of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. Picketers carry out an action against adoption of the law on higher education.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, this morning about 50 participants of the action entered the premises at Hrushevskogo Street, 18/2, where a sitting of the Conciliatory council of chairmen of the factions and heads of the parliamentary committees is taking place.
The guard of the parliament did not allow them to pass the fence near the entrance to the building.
Young men brought a small box tied in a bow as a present to lawmakers.
As of now the guard forces the students out of the building, but they want to speak to lawmakers. Participants of the action are screaming out: “Lawmakers, come to us!”, “Lutskyi (chairman of the Committee on Education Issues of the VRU – UNIAN), come to us!”.
