President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko thinks that in order to carry out the all-Ukrainian referendum concerning introducing amendments to Constitution the consolidation of democratic political forces is necessary.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, he said this at the news conference today.
V. Yushchenko noted that aim of the carrying out of the referendum is not only fact of its carrying out but also its fulfillment in Ukrainian parliament. For this purpose, according to the opinion of the President, consolidation of political forces is necessary, carrying out of consultations among them, result of that should become their unification, and on this basis realization of this initiative.
At the same time the President noted that from the legal point of view it is necessary not to forget that for the preparation of the referendum it is necessary no less than three months.
According to his words, this circumstance has to be taken into consideration obligatory, in order political forces not to have additional instruments to discredit this idea.
