Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland Radosław Sikorski believes that Ukrainian authorities did not succeed in persuading the world community that the court decision concerning ex Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko was democratic.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, he said this at the joint news conference with Foreign Minister of Ukraine Konstyantyn Hryshchenko in Kyiv today.
“If I was asked whether Ukrainian authorities succeeded in persuading the world community that the decision concerning Yu. Tymoshenko was democratic I can answer you they did not succeed in it”, said R. Sikorski.
At the same time he noted that he is not about to interfere into internal affairs of Ukraine.
The Polish Foreign Minister believes that a potential of cooperation of Ukraine and the EU has not been exhausted yet.
