The German physicians that were part of the international team that assessed the health of Yulia Tymoshenko say they can not evaluate the capacity of the Ukrzaliznytsia Central Clinical Hospital in Kharkiv, where the Ukrainian Ministry of Health plans to treat the ex-premier, according to the Official web site of Yulia Tymoshenko.

"The press is reporting about the impending transfer of Yulia Tymoshenko to a Ukrainian hospital outside the Kharkiv prison. It is not possible for the Charite university hospital to assess treatment in this clinic because it is not familiar with its facilities. Charite continues to offer treatment for the patient in our clinic," Charite said in a press release.
