Just as defense predicted - Yulia Tymoshenko’s appeal delayed again

The High Specialized Court of Ukraine for Civil and Criminal Cases has postponed until July 16 its consideration of former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko’s appeal of her conviction in the case involving gas deals made with Russia in 2009, according to Official web site of Yulia Tymoshenko.

"The judges have decided to move the consideration of this case to July 16 at 10 am," announced Judge Stanislav Mishchenko.
