Lawyer Serhiy Vlasenko says the authorities are planning new special operations to further discredit Yulia Tymoshenko, according to Official web site of Yulia Tymoshenko. "Special operations are being planned to move Yulia Tymoshenko to the Kachanivska prison. This is being done in order to move a person that didn’t get proper medical treatment back to prison and every day, like in Kyiv, drag her to the fabricated United Energy Systems of Ukraine case in order to have a new sentence before the European court considers Yulia Tymoshenko’s case on August 28," said Serhiy Vlasenko.
According to him, all actions that concern Yulia Tymoshenko are coordinated by the country’s law enforcement agencies. "As well as those government agencies that aren’t related to law enforcement," he said.
The lawyer also drew attention to the fact that the Kharkiv Oblast Administration is releasing all information regarding Yulia Tymoshenko’s treatment. "Materials regarding Yulia Tymoshenko’s expert examination first appear in the Kharkiv Oblast State Administration, then on its website, and then in the case file," added Serhiy Vlasenko.
He believes the authorities are using all means possible to continue to discredit the Ukrainian ex-premier. "I think they will use everything: they will continue their provocations against the German doctors and force the Ukrzaliznytsia doctors to write false statements," he said.
