Criminal cases brought for interfering into electronic system for votes counting

The Security Service acting chief held a press conference

4 criminal cases were brought on the facts of interfering into the operation of electronic systems, by means of which the vote’s outcome is counted and transferred, and also on facts of bribing electors.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, acting leader of Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) Valentyn Nalyvaychenko said this at a press conference in Kyiv today.

At the same time, V. Nalyvaychenko called on all electoral commissions members not to take bribes from political parties for distorting results in their favor, as these actions will become unveiled sooner or later, and will be punished in line with the legislation.

V. Nalyvaychenko also expressed a belief that thanks for timely response of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) and local prosecutor’s bodies, the results of the snap parliamentary election will not be falsified.

“Under the current conditions, we are able to say surely that the democratic election, which took place, will not be falsified”, rhe acting leader of SBU underlined.
