Party of Regions representative Raisa Bohatyryova proposes to postpone the session of the Group for preparing the first session of the Verkhovna Rada of the 6th convocation until the procedure of registering lawmakers is finished.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, R.Bohatyryova said this to journalists on Tuesday, leaving the session of the lawmakers group.
“We are registering now, and, in line with the law, as soon as we register, we will participate in the work of the Group”, she said.
She explained the aim of her attending the Group’s session with the necessity of making this statement. “We asked everybody to use this time to prepare proposals and postpone the sitting till all lawmakers are registered. This concerns the Bloc of Lytvyn, us, and CPU. Not all BYuT lawmakers are registered as well”, she stressed.
The session of the working group was opened by top deputy Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of 5th convocation, CPU representative Adam Martyniuk.
