VR should adopt new law on referendum – Klitschko

Leader of the UDAR party Vitaliy Klitschko believes that a law on all- Ukrainian referendum is anti constitutional and he states that the VR should adopt a new law on referendum.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, V. Klitschko said this during his speech at round table on issues concerning electoral system.

According to his words, the UDAR believes that as of today it is necessary to amend electoral legislation of Ukraine at parliamentary, presidential and local elections. According to his words, with this purpose it is necessary to adopt Electoral Code.
