Ombudsman of Ukraine in 1998-2012 Nina Karpacheva asks President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych to fulfill the decision of the European Court of Human Rights and take measures for renewal of the right of ex Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko for freedom and give her a possibility to undergo a cure abroad.
It is said in an official address of N. Karpacheva to the head of the state, posted at the official web site of the first Ombudsman of Ukraine.
