In the last week of September the European Parliament is scheduled to hear the report by Cox and Kwasniewski. Those in Brussels say this document will play a role in the decision by EU member states on whether or not to sign the association agreement with Ukraine.

The Cox-Kwasniewski mission began its work on June 11, 2012.
