Tymoshenko: I received no proposals from Ukrainian authorities regarding treatment in Germany
Former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko says the Ukrainian authorities have not offered any proposals regarding the opportunity to undergo treatment in Germany, according to the Official web site of Yulia Tymoshenko.
"I never received any official proposals from representatives of the Ukrainian government regarding treatment in Germany. Therefore, I can’t comment on what they think about this and how realistic it is," Yulia Tymoshenko said in an interview with Ukrayinska Pravda.
Following an emergency examination in June after a sharp deterioration in the ex-premier’s health, doctors from Berlin’s Charité hospital recommended surgery.
On July 1, Yulia Tymosheko’s daughter stated that their family was demanding that her mother be operated on by the doctors from Berlin.
