The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine introduced amendments into “Rules of application of special means while protecting of public order”, having allowed the subdivisions of the Interior Ministry of Ukraine to use water-cannons when it is bitter frost outside.
The corresponding resolution was publicized at the official web site of the Cabinet of Ministers.
