According to an UNIAN correspondent, lawmaker Arsen Avakov said this in the National Resistance HQ at press conference.

He showed a copy of this application to journalists and said: “We got an application of lawmaker Yaroslav Sukhoy. The following is said there: “To Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Rybak from lawmaker Sukhoy. Application. I inform you about my withdrawal from the faction of the Party of Regions”.
