At 15.00 pm the opposition calls lawmakers to come to the sitting of the Verkhovna Rada and guarantees safety to pro-government lawmakers.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, deputy chairman of the Batkivshchyna faction Oleksandr Turchynov said this at the state at Maidan.

According to his words, the opposition supports an idea to hold a sitting of the VR “in order to liquidate dictatorial powers of the President”.

He also called the lawmakers from the pro-government factions to come to the sitting, having promised them safety from the side of protesters, who broke through to Hrushevsky Street, almost to the House of Government.
