Acting President of Ukraine, Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oleksandr recorded an address to Ukrainians.
According an UNIAN correspondent, acting President of Ukraine, Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Oleksandr Turchynov in his address, which was broadcast by Rada television, said:
“In accordance with the Ukrainian legislation, we will put forth an issue on ban of activity of political parties and public organizations, which stand on position of separatism and work for a country-aggressor, against its own state and people”, said Turchynov.
He noted that he respects different political views, but “separatism and use of weapons against own state, which brings a direct threat to security and lives of our citizens, - it is not policy, it is a severe crime”.
“We will act adequately and decisively against criminals”, - stressed Turchynov.
