Moscow calls on adherents of federalization in south-east of Ukraine to carry over referendum on self-determination of regions that was scheduled on May 11, said President of the RF Vladimir Putin to journalists, RIA “Novosti” reports.

“We call on representatives of south-east of Ukraine, adherents of federalization of the country to carry over the referendum that was scheduled on May 11. In order to create necessary conditions for this dialogue”, - said Putin.
