Turchynov promises calm elections in spite of expected attempts to wreck it by terrorists
Terrorists will try to wreck presidential elections on May 25, but voting will take place calmly in majority of regions.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, acting President of Ukraine, Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oleksandr Turchynov said this during the meeting with members of all-Ukrainian council of churches and religious organizations.
He noted that “terrorists will try to wreck elections”.
Turchynov stressed that “elections will take place calmly and confidently” in majority of cities and villages.
