President of the European Commission José Manuel Barroso called a signing of the Association Agreement with Ukraine, Georgia and Moldova historical.

According to an own UNIAN correspondent, he said this to journalists before the signing ceremony of the agreement.

“It is a historical moment for these countries. In spite of all the difficulties, we will sign the agreements with Ukraine, Moldova and Georgia. I believe that it is a victory situation not only for all the countries, but for whole Europe”, - stressed Barroso.
