Foreign Minister of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin wrote this on his page on Twitter.
“The Ukrainian consul was not allowed to visit Nadezhda Savchenko today. It is a violation of all possible norms. He will try again to visit her in the afternoon”, - said Klimkin.
