Yatseniuk failed to open session

Verkhovna Rada Speaker Arseniy Yatseniuk failed to open the parliament’s plenary session today.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, in particular, it appeared that the Verkhovna Rada Speaker did not have any microphone. He tried to shout that all lawmakers hear him, however, Party of Regions lawmakers switched on megaphones, and his words were drowned.

The Party of Regions keeps on blocking the parliament’s rostrum.

After the Speaker failed to open the session, he left the chamber of parliament. OU-PSD and BYuT lawmakers left the premise with him.

Before leaving, A.Yatseniuk claimed he will announce later the date of the regular session of parliament.
