Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba has stressed Ukraine's efforts, alongside its partners, to bring new life to the Normandy Four format of talks involving Ukraine, Germany, France, and Russia, toward settlement in the war-torn Donbas region of Ukraine.

At the same time, the foreign minister noted the lack of constructiveness in this regard on the part of Russia.

"Together with partners, Ukraine seeks to revitalize the Normandy format & achieve peace, but sees no mutual constructiveness from the Russian side so far," Kuleba wrote on Twitter.

He emphasized his tweet with #TheWarGrindsOn hashtag.

Also, the top diplomat recalled that this week alone, "at least 9 Ukrainian soldiers have been wounded at the frontline."
