Russia`s gas export monopoly Gazprom said on Tuesday Ukraine has not restarted talks after its gas supplies were reduced by a quarter on Monday, but transit to Europe was stable so far, according to Reuters.

Gazprom`s spokesman Sergei Kupriyanov told journalists Ukraine was getting 104 million cubic metres of gas per day, or 75 percent of the usual volumes, while exports to Europe were running at capacity, or 356.6 mcm.
