Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin and Danish Foreign Minister Martin Lidegaard have signed an agreement to make it easier for Ukrainians and Danes to visit each other’s countries.

Danes and Ukrainians should find it easier to get visas for each other's countries.

Klimkin announced the new agreement at a press conference in Kyiv on Monday, according to an UNIAN correspondent.

"Denmark has always been one of the driving forces in our support, including within the European Union.” Klimkin said.

“Today we have signed an agreement on visas simplification, and this is more proof of [Denmark’s] support.”

"I think the agreement I have signed today with Mr. Klimkin is very symbolic, it will make traveling easier for Danes to Ukraine and Ukrainians to Denmark," Lidegaard said.
