During the celebration of the Vinnytsia Day, he stressed that Dnipro, Mykolaiv, Lutsk, Zhytomyr and occupied Luhansk also celebrate their birthdays today, the president's press service reported.

"I want to congratulate other Ukrainian cities that celebrate their City Days today. We congratulate you, Dnipro. We congratulate you, Mykolaiv. We congratulate you, Lutsk. We congratulate you, Zhytomyr... But I would like to separately congratulate Luhansk, which is now in the occupied territory. And I want to say that we will do everything possible - and let the people of Luhansk hear us - to return the celebration of the Day of the Ukrainian city of Luhansk along with Ukrainian sovereignty and Ukrainian flag," Poroshenko said.
