Over 70% of Ukrainians support the idea of dissolving the Verkhovna Rada, Ukraine's parliament and holding snap parliamentary elections.

The highest level of support for this idea is in the south and east of the country (over 80%). Along with this, at least 60% of respondents back it in other macro-regions. There is a certain difference in the attitude toward holding early elections among supporters of the Petro Poroshenko Bloc's Solidarity Party, most of whom oppose this initiative, according to a survey conducted by the Rating sociological group.

The poll was conducted on May 16-21, 2019, through personal formalized (face-to-face) interviews. The sample population is represented by age (18 and older), gender, type of settlement, and region. Some 2,000 respondents have been interviewed. The margin of error does not exceed 2.2%.
