Sukhinin was caught with UAH 5 million worth of cash during a law enforcement raid, Ukraine Today reports.
The arrest continues the series of high profile public detainments executed by Ukrainian authorities in recent weeks as the government fulfills its obligations to the international community and its people to fight corruption at all levels.
