The majority of respondents polled in Ukraine – 68% – consider the Russian Federation to be an aggressor country.
These are findings of a poll conducted by the Rating sociological group on September 21-25, 2019.
Some 23% of those polled do not believe that the Russian Federation is an aggressor country, while another 10% did not answer this question.
The attitude to this issue has regional and electoral differences: in the west and in the center of the country no less than 70% of those polled consider Russia to be an aggressor, a half in the south, and 40% in the east.
Among the supporters of parliamentary political forces, a distinctive opinion prevails among the sympathizers of the Opposition Platform - For Life party, where two-thirds do not consider Russia an aggressor.
