"Customs officers revealed illicit trafficking of 2,107 kilograms of food and 120 liters of milk during customs control of a bus at the Shehyni-Medyka vehicle checkpoint," the Lviv customs press service said on October 20.

As reported, a 27-year-old Ukrainian citizen, a resident of the Ivano-Frankivsk region, tried to smuggle the foodstuffs into Ukraine.

Undeclared goods were hidden in the bus's luggage compartment.
