Visas issued before the set date will be valid until their date of expiry, Ukraine Today reports.
When applying for a visa for the first time, an applicant must submit their fingerprints. The biometric data will be stored in the Visa Information System for five years, and the procedure will have to be repeated after this period.
Heads of state and their spouses, members of diplomatic delegations and also children under 12 will not have to submit their fingerprints.
