Nicholson said his country will continue to support Ukraine in the face of Russian aggression, Ukraine Today reports.
Nicholson said that despite the truce signed in Minsk in February, 2015, “Russia has shown that it simply cannot be trusted to fulfill its commitments.”
According to the Canadian government, Canada is ready to allocate over $30 million of humanitarian aid to Ukraine including $ 5 million for training and equipping border guards and a multi-million dollar support for Ukraine’s small and medium-sized enterprises.
