Luhansk State Medical University located in the Russia-occupied city of Luhansk, Ukraine, has received Russian state accreditation.
"'Luhansk State Medical University named Archbishop Luka' shall be recognized as a public institution of the Luhansk People's Republic that has received state education accreditation and is qualified to provide vocational education services in enlarged groups of professions, subjects and areas of training ... for a period of six years," says an order issued by the Russian Federal Service for Supervision in Education and Science.
