Terrorists of the self-proclaimed "Donetsk People's Republic" ("DPR") have started seizing cars in the Russian-occupied city of Donetsk if they have Ukrainian-issued number plates.
"They are now after owners of [cars with] Ukrainian-issued number plates," Ukrainian blogger Denys Kazansky said on Twitter on January 9, referring to eyewitnesses' reports.
He also shared respective footage.
Также теперь идет охота и на владельцев украинских автономеров. По многочисленным сообщениям, машины на украинских номерах останавливают, штрафуют и увозят эвакуатором, если у водителя нет "номеров ДНР".

"There are numerous reports that they stop cars with Ukrainian registration plates, issue fines and tow them by a tow truck," he said.
According to him, they seize cars if their number plates are not issued by the "DPR."
