First Ukraine`s monument to donkey opens in Crimea

The first Ukrainian monument to donkey opens in the Crimea, in Zalesnoe Bahchysaraj village.

      Mykola Pomogalov, founder of the only Ukrainian donkey farm “Miracle – donkey”, disclosed this to an UNIAN correspondent.

      “It will be the only monument to donkey in Ukraine”, he noted.

      The sculpture of the donkey is made life-size. The donkey grins from ear to ear, wears a T-shirt and a baseball cap, and holds a jug.

      The monument opening is dedicated to the fifth anniversary of “Miracle – donkey” farm. The monument is made of modern polymeric materials (more than 10 components).

      The idea belongs to the family of M. Pomogalov and one of Crimean sculptors.
