President Victor Yushchenko called on Ivan Franko School №51 in Lviv today, according to the President`s press-office. During the visit President was familiarized with the process of independent testing for school graduates which has been held today across Ukraine and talked to the students who took the test. Together with President Minister of Education Ivan Vacarchuk also came to the school.
Making his comments later on today’s testing for school graduates, during his interview to journalists President Yushchenko reemphasized that its introduction was aimed at fighting corruption in Ukrainian education.
He also greeted the lecturers and those students, who took today’s testing on Ukrainian literature and language, and wished the letter further success in learning.
