Theater and music performances, fashion, dance, and eco-education programs form part of the 11 day event with participants from 20 countries, Ukraine Today reports.
Thousands are expected to attend the annual extravaganza, held this year at a Soviet-era exhibition center in the city suburbs where communist symbols mix with modern minimalism and alternative art.
