Yulia Tymoshenko believes that Summit would be a significant event and Ukraine’s participation in it is very important. According to her, within the framework of the Summit discussion of the political and economic situation in Ukraine will be held.

“I can say that in hard struggle for reforms in Ukraine, in hard fight against corruption, in hard fight against double political standards and in work we are doing in order Ukraine could follow a reliable path to European integration we are not alone, we are in a very warm and reliable family of the European People’s Party. And having such powerful support democracy can’t lose in the state,” Yulia Tymoshenko is sure.

Yulia Tymoshenko also reminded that in Ukraine there are two parties which are the European People’s Party associate members – “Our Ukraine”, honorary leader of which is the President of the state and chaired by her party “Batkivshchyna”. “So the presence both of the President as leader of the party and me as leader of party is pertinent,” Yulia Tymoshenko thinks.
