Their prices do not correspond to economical general trends in Ukraine

Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko claims that the situation with prices in five regions of Ukraine (Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhya, and Sumy Oblasts, and also the city of Kyiv) absolutely do not correspond to the general trends in the country.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, Yulia Tymoshenko claimed this at a session of the Cabinet of Ministers today.

“These are namely the Oblasts and leaders who cannot propose their people any correct policy. They are the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast governor, the Donetsk Oblast governor, the acting governor of the Zaporizhzhya Oblast, the acting governor of the Sumy Oblast, and the Kyiv Mayor. These five regions do not carry out any anti-inflation measures. Today, I hope, we will hear their reports today and will understand how the government may yet help these regions”, Yulia Tymoshenko said.

At the same time, the Prime Minister praised the Ternopil and Chernivtsi regions for reduction of prices.

Meanwhile, out of all regional leaders invited to the government session, only deputy Kyiv Mayor Anatoliy Holubchenko is present at the government’s session.
