President Victor Yushchenko wrote a letter today to Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko. In his letter President drew Prime Minister’s attention to problems in Ukrainian animal husbandry, according to the President`s press-office.

According to him due to increasing imports of cheap and low-quality meat could destabilize national meat markets and result in decreasing domestic purchase prices, which subsequently would harm national producers of meat products.
