Due to lack of financing, the program of building dwelling for military men was disrupted in Ukraine. Dmytro Isayenko, chief of the building department of the Defense Ministry of Ukraine, disclosed this in an interview to “Narodna Armia” newspaper.
According to the information of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry’s press-service, he noted that the volumes of financing, in fact, disrupted the programs on building dwelling. “Despite all the measures, the Ministry of Defense has been facing the growing problem in the sphere of providing military men and their family members with dwelling”, he said.
D.Isayenko is confident that the main factor that caused this problem is the unstable financing of building from the state budget. For the third year already, the Ministry almost do not receive funds for building in the first half-year, while the main part of financing is channeled in the last months of the year.
