Kyiv Mayor Leonid Chernovetskiy is proud that people call him Cosmos. He said this in the air of “Shuster Live” program at Ukrayina television.
“It’s an honor for me… Because very many decisions made by my administration and the Kyiv Council headed by me… They are absolutely strange for Ukraine… Because they are absolutely new approaches that may be assessed as cosmic in the Ministries or the government. But I’m proud that they [the decisions] are not like all the others that had been adopted in Ukraine. I hope that they are efficient, and work for people. This is the most important”, Leonid Chernovetskiy said.
