The actions of dispatchers of the Kharkiv Air Traffic Control Center could not cause the catastrophe of the Tu-154 Russian passenger plane in the Donetsk Oblast.
According to the information of the Ministry of Transport and Communication of Ukraine, this is one of the conclusions of the technical commission, which continues to analyze the data, received from the “black boxes”.
Unfortunately, the quality of the received information needs an additional procession, which will take another 2-3 weeks.
However, as early as today, one may state that the plane got into a thunderstorm activity zone. The flight was carried out practically “at the very ceiling”, which is extremely dangerous under the conditions of turbulence.
As UNIAN reported earlier, the Pulkovo Airlines Tu-154 crashed August 22 in eastern Ukraine en route from a Russian Black Sea resort to St. Petersburg, killing 170 passengers and crew on board.
