On Tuesday, February 3, Ukraine will see a cloudy weather without precipitation.
According to the National Weather Center, the wind will be mostly south-eastern, 5-10 m/s, in the western regions – up to 15-20 m/s. The night temperature will be 5-10 Celsius degrees below zero, in the northern, Poltava, and Kharkiv Oblasts – 12-17 C degrees below zero. The day temperature will make 3-8 C degrees below zero.
