“I hope everything will be alright. I now see no problems which could impede the passage of these documents in the parliamentary committee or parliament,” he said.

The President said he would accept suggestions and corrections proposed by the parliamentary committee, members of parliament and public organizations with understanding and “political tolerance.”

“This is a normal way of enriching documents,” he said.

Mr. Yushchenko, however, added he did not want parliamentarians to put off the passage of such significant bills, declaring that corruption “is a nationwide problem that has no political colors.”

“Each political force must strive to eradicate this evil,” he opined.

The President said he had requested Speaker Oleksandr Moroz to help improve and pass the bills.

“I have the Speaker’s promise,” he said.
