Cabinet of Ministers broadened the list of paid services that may be given by state educational establishments. The respective governmental decree #369, signed by Yulia Tymoshenko, was posted at the government’s web site on Monday.

In particular, the government allowed state educational establishments to take money from students “for passing exams to liquidate academic debts, which appeared during the main examinations”.

The list of paid services also includes “working out by students of practical, laboratory works, and workshops, which were missed without any valid reasons”, “holding of individual lessons or additional consultations at will of students”.
