The State Traffic Police wants to establish maximum permissible presence of alcohol in blood of a driver at level of 0.3 ppm.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, chief of Department of the Traffic Police of the Interior Ministry of Ukraine Sergiy Kolomietz said this at the news conference in Kyiv.
“There is considerable resistance from the side of the Health Ministry… If there is arrangement with the Ministry it will be implemented in the nearest future”, he said.
