Ukrainian hydrometeorology center announces storm alert in Ukraine on October 13-14.
The Ukrainian hydrometeorology center said that because of active cyclone movement from Balkans the weather will become worse.
The weather forecasters forecast that Western Oblasts will face a decrease of temperature on October 13 and, the biggest part of the territory of the country will face the decrease of temperature by 4-10 degrees on October 14.
