“State Program of Developing the Armed Forces of Ukraine during 2006-2011 (Main Provisions)” book was presented in Ukraine. It is a regular chapter of the White Book-2005 “Defense Policy of the State”.

The new edition was presented by general lieutenant Yevhen Shelest, chief of the senior department for defense planning of the General Headquarters of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
The book gives extracts of the main provisions of the State Program, which was adopted and launched with the President’s decree #1862-25t/2005 on 27 December 2005.
